A Residential Master Plan and landscape plan for an extensive property with newly constructed modern dwelling with dramatic views of the Taconic Mountain range. The beautiful glass pavilion sits on a podium with structure below perforated by skylights in the lawn with strong geometric lines of Litttleleaf Lindens framing the building. On the lower levels individual gardens relate to sleeping quarters, a reflecting pool and terrace extend the kitchen outdoors, and a London Plane allee connects the kitchen terrace to a swimming pool enclosed with tall arborvitae hedges.
