This project began as a Master Plan for a private residence with sweeping views of the Berkshire mountains in Williamstown, Ma. The Master Plan included new terraces, swimming pool and cabana, a screened porch and destination points around the property to take advantage of stunning views of Mt Greylock. Phase I was the design and construction of the screened porch with a terrace framed by a seat wall perched at the edge of the woods with adjacent hot tub discretely placed at the edge of the wall and forest. The porch closely relates to the existing architecture with large windows and weather screens, pao lope flooring and fir beadboard ceiling.
